I won't be posting them with such regularity
Well, it's been a lot of fun posting in limericks, but I'm startting to get limericked out. My rhymes are repeating constantly, and I'm no longer enjoying the extra effort. So farewell to a limerick in every post!
Your rhymes might have been quiet a chore
But I shall weep now that they are no more
If to be fun to read
Your intent did succeed
Though I might not have expressed it before
Limericks are great
Your persistence a wonder
Perhaps a new form
I wrote a haiku
I'm not good at poems, but
I can count okay.
I will say
Your rhymes always made my day
You can always set a separate literary system as your style. What readily remains in your roster is more than rambling while rhyming.
Though your rhymes may have had their day,
Poetry should not stay away,
I propose we at large
Lead a limerick charge
And fill the rest of the forum with dismay!

I'm bad at poetry so I won't try. Mostly I was surprised how long you kept it up. Mostly because I'm sure it made getting your point across quite rough.
