I was reading a very interesting article on the BBC website today about the practical application of ammonia heat pumps. Right down the bottom there is mention that the RIver Thames could be used to generate 1.25 GW of thermal energy and immediately I thought "Great Scott! That's more than enough to power the DeLorean!"
Actually, the fact that I was reading that article in the first place totally makes me a geek.

Hey, some of us are different kinds of geeks! I would never have thought that but I'm still a geek. ;)
(BttF is another one of those things I feel are vastly overrated, along with Star Wars.)
