Here is the KS for the Start Player Express. It is made by the same people that made the Start Player and Tie Breaker game.
The Start Player game uses a deck of cards to determine who will go first in any game. Just draw a card and follow what it says. Start Player express is the same idea just with dice.
That looks neat! For only ten bucks, I can't think of any reason not to get it.

Apparently this sort of thing is popular enough to be well-known, but I just do not see the appeal myself. I thought everyone just threw punches until only one person was conscious to take a turn.
I think it's an entertaining way to determine first player - just a mini activity before actually playing.
And I think it'll make a great gag gift. 
Love the idea and our guys would totally get a kick out of it, but I don't $20 love it. Stupid international shipping strikes again!
