Testing the forum technical issue

Here is a test to check on yet another forum issue, please don't post in it yet.

So I can move topics too! Oh the power I have, this is definitely a technical issue!

EDIT: Ah! I can only move topics I have created, but I'm pretty sure I'm not meant to be able to do that! Feel free to post in this thread now I have finished testing if you want.
