Question RE: Contacting GTG

Hiya.

I’m trying to find a way to contact GTG besides their Contact email.
I got a FedEx notification that GTG mailed a package to me, but I’ve moved. I went through all my backed projects and updated my address, but I guess this one didn’t go through.

I’ve contacted FedEx to ask if I can just show up at the facility and pick the package up, but FedEx says the shipper needs to make that request, not me.

I emailed GTG through their Contact email, but haven’t gotten a reply, and I’m running out of time.

If anyone has a different point of contact, or if a mod or someone could run this up the ladder, any help would be appreciated.

@bailey is GTG’s Customer Service Manager. I would recommend sending xir a direct message.

I just got a reply from Patrick, so hopefully this can get resolved.
