Just rewatched one of my favorite movies,“Princess Mononoke”, and played a theme game devoted to it afterwards, using the Nexus of the Void. The Jade Estuary and the Reclusive Keeper in particular seem like very blatant references to the film. What other SOTM cards have you seen which seem to be extremely on-point movie references? An obvious one is Bunker being clearly inspired by the Mark 1 suit from the 2008 Iron Man film, and there are doubtless many others just in the core set.
