Replacement card dividers for Infernal Relics

Hey,

Does anyone know if you can buy the card dividers for Infernal Relics?  I seem to have mispalced/lost mine and it's sort of annoying to not have them!  Or, if someone knows of a printable file of them, I could just print them out on some heavy card-stock.
