For the past three or four hours, I've gotten only a blank screen when I tried to get into the forum. I thought it might just have been my ancient browser, and wasn't expecting it to come back, but I'm glad it did. Was anyone else affected?

Yep. I had it confirmed by Paul via Twitter that they were having issues. Just came back up within the last 5 minutes or so. Affected the whole site.
The old SotM site wasn't affected though, but think that is hosted seperately. So we could still read the bios and such but not anything that was part of the forums.
