Flat rate economy shipping question.

On the store i noticed a flat rate rate shipping option for things less then 1 pound. Since the store mentions all orders will be held until the 17th for shipping, im wondering how this will effect both the expected delivery time (i.e. Before xmas) and promo qualifications if I were to order only the errata cards and used this shipping option. 

You definitely get promos if you order in December and select flat rate shipping. Also, we will ship all orders out on the 17th. For flat rate USPS, there are no guaranteed delivery dates. However, for domestic US envelopes, odds favor shippments arriving by Christmas.
