I can't reset my password.

I sent a request to reset my password. I havent logged into this account in years.

It takes me to the page, but it keeps telling me I need to put in my password to change it, but the email I'm getting isnt giving me any indication at all as to what my password is.

How am I supposed to do this? Oh, and I have no idea why I'm logged on now. I tried it a second time, and it gave me a screen saying I was logged in. But I still can't change my password, and so far I've failed to guess what my password once was.
