So, RC is selling for over $2K on both Amazon and eBay:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B007KL3CU2/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new&qid=1377698036&sr=8-1

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Sentinels-of-the-Multiverse-Rook-City-Expansion-/121013301458?pt=Games_US&hash=item1c2cf470d2

This has to say something about how great this game is.

I'll take a piece of that action.  If anyone wants my gently pre-loved copy of RC for $2k, just PM me.

Wow - that's insane. I mean, I love the game and all, but seriously? That's kinda ridiculous.

I'm with Spiff. Might have to sell mine and buy it again when it is reprinted. Besides, that means a little more money in >G's pocket, which I'm all up for. :sunglasses:

Ha. Yeah, I'll get in on that as well. I'll sell you mine for $1800

If those sell, wow.  People get desperate though, and if you have the money to blow, do what you want with it.

That said, I'd sell mine for 1900, I wouldn't want to give up Expat and Fixer for that long for less.

"Crazy people are listing it for $2k" is not the same as "It's selling for $2k."

Browsing closed listings, it looks like it's actually SELLING for more like $20, and if it's priced much higher than that, no one bites. So I don't think anyone has to worry about someone paying $2k.

If it comes to it, though, I'm going to undercut you all and sell mine for a mere $1k. Plus $500 shipping.

Looks like some sort of bot posting -- grabbing text/images from real items and reposting them as a scam with a ridiculous prices. Put enough of these out there and get just one person to accidentally buy it and it can pay for itself.
