You are catching them in the busiest part of the convention season. Patience.

If you sent an email to me at paul@greaterthangames.com, I'll be getting back to you in the next couple of days. I have a massive backlog of emails from Gen Con that I am attempting to wade through this week between Gen Con and PAX.

I'm pretty sure McBehrer was just messing with you, bishnickee. Don't stress it.

Well, partly. If that's how he actually spelled it on the email address, it would certainly explain why he hasn't gotten a response.

I also used the contact form on their page as well...I will give them a week or so and send off another one. Just sucks missing cards from a new box.

Sometimes the cards stick together. Have you double checked none of them are unusually thick? That often resolves issues with missing cards straight out the box.

Hopefully Paul will get back to you, soon. I think he's the only one handling these matters, right now, as Christopher is focusing on design and Adam on art.

I definitely understand the frustration, though. (I had a set that was bricked.) Not sure which cards are missing, but hopefully you have enough cards you can still play!

That happened with one of my Haka cards.  I immediately realized after I sent the e-mail that two of them were stuck together.  Greater Than Games wasn't preoccupied with playtesting or conventions at the time, so I got a timely response to both of my e-mails!

Yeah, I gave triple checked them lol. I know how many are missing for there respected decks, but not which cards exactly. Is there a list online of all the cards in each hero/vil deck?

Spiff has this at Spiff's SotM Resources (file link: http://www.spiffworld.com/sotm/files/sotm_card_info.pdf .)

I got Shattered Timelines today and was missing one card. The Dreamer's 'Whipacorn'. Looks like you should have 2, but I only had one (and a 24 card deck).
I sent an email to the address above. Hopefully it'll get resolved soonish. I was looking forward to using that deck, but I have other villian's I've yet to fight to keep me busy.

Just fyi, if you haven't already carefully gone through the decks to make sure that the cards aren't stuck together, I recommend doing so.

Trust me, I've done that. I did have a lot stuck together, so I went through multiple times. This card would have been the last (or second last) card in the shrink wrapped package but even so, I went through all the cards a couple times to make sure.

Understood. Well, they are all at PAX this weekend, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are slow to respond.

Well, they are all at PAX this weekend, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are slow to respond.

Did they save some games for Pax, or are they at Pax Prime without anything to sell but Shattered Timelines?

Because that would be really sad.

Rook City and Infernal Relics were sold out at PAX almost immediately, as I take it. I think they have plenty of Enhanced Edition, but don't know for sure.

It's just EE and Shattered Timelines here at PAX, but there are some vendors we're sending folks to who have the older expansions.

FYI, I got a response today. My card will be on it's way. Then I can try and protect The Dreamer.
