environment deck suggestion

I wish the environment decks had no duplicates. Like once I played in Megalopolis and drew two monorail derail in a game. Another time I drew two Krakens in a game. Even though that's possible, I don't think it would happen in a comic issue. These are the big dramatic moments. In terms of narrative and keeping things interesting I think it would be better to have at least one deck with every environment card unique. Since the decks are smaller it is easy to get two of the same in a close time frame and harder to shuffle them thoroughly to ensure randomization. I know you guys put alot of work into this so maybe it would be too hard to come up with 15 unique cards.

Look at it as not so much multiple kraken, but the tentacles of the same one finding their way into the battle.

Also twists like that can happen in a comic book.

Legacy: "Hah, I have thwarted your plan, Baron Blade."

BB: "You may have saved this train but can save the one across the city filled with orphans and nuns?"

Legacy: "You blew up multiple trains? You fiend."
