At the greaterthangames products store, there are two options for oversized villain cards. Do I have to purchase both the Oversized Villain current total pack AND the oversized villain update pack to have all of them or does the Oversized Villain current pack include all of them already?

The Current Total pack contains all the currently released Villains. From the base set to Shattered Timelines.

A related question, will we be getting updated La Capitan and Dreamer in Vengeance?
Probably once they sold out on the current Oversized cards.
Or maybe when they print Vengeance Oversized cards they will also add them as part of it 
Basically the update pack is for people who already owned the Oversized cards but did not get the free Oversized cards from Shattered Timelines. As they also fixed Citizen Dawn, Voss and Omnitron.
