I recently noticed that the corner and sides of my cards were starting to get slightly beat-up since I do not sleeve them.
So I decided to get some may-day premium green sleeves that are exactly 63.5*88.
They fit my IR and RC expansion cards perfectly. But for my EE the cards they were slightly sticking out of those sleeves.
Anyone else have this issue?
Mine was the 2nd Edition of EE. First Edition of RC. Don't remember IR.

Mine have the exact same thing. I don't worry about it too much.
Thanks for the reply, glad to know I am not crazy that they seem to be sticking out.
Did you end up sleeving them? If so what type of sleeves did you use?

This is a printing issue with some of the enhanced editions for Tachyon, Ra, and Tempest. Contact >G and they will hook you up with some fixes.

Actually, all the cards are the same height. They just are a bit taller than advertised (mine have a similar problem). A friend of mine had the Tachyon/Ra/Tempest misprint, and it is a different concern than what the OP was talking about. While the mis-sized Tachyon/Ra/Tempest decks are a straight up misprint, the taller EE cards seem to be something that happened on pretty much all of the EE cards (as far as I am aware).

For me the EE cards are perfect but the expansions are taller and wider.
Yes this is the issue I have.
So anyone have suggestion on how they sleeve or would you suggest sleeving them with just the top sticking out? Thanks for response in advance.

It's a rather difficult situation for the sleeve-minded Sentinel. Sleeves that stick over the top make the cards too large to fit in the box horizontally, and card sleeves that fit in the box are too small for the cards. Sadly, you may just have to buy premium standard sleeves and trim the excess off by hand if you want sleeves that fit the cards and the box, which doesn't sound like fun. I'm probably just going to buy premium Mayday sleeves and do my best to treat that little overhang with care.

or you could trim some of the border off the cards so they'll fit the sleeves.

Wierd, some of my cards have the text much thicker then normal, making citizen dare and several other villain cards a bit difficult to read.

You should probably send an email to the company and ask for replacements: https://greaterthangames.com/contact
