I don't use oversized villain cards in my games because I can't sleeves for them. OCD I know, but I love my sentinels cards.

Since cgrater pointed out to me ultra pro soft sleeves do have oversized size, I have been wanting to get them. Then came the next question, how many sleeves to get and to share with my friends who also own sentinels?

Essentially, the question is, how many villains will there be until the end of sentinels? Hope that some designers can shed some light. :)

As far as I know, the soft sleeves only come in packs of 100 - that should be enough for forever.

(Note that the ultra pro soft sleeves are only slightly thicker than penny sleeves.  This should be fine for the villain cards, since they don't get shuffled).

we have 4+4+1+4+1+2+4+1+5=26 villains now. if I share a pack of 100 sleeves with a friend, each getting 50 sleeves, will that be enough till the end of sentinels? 50 villains?

Hmmm...

That would leave you space for 24 more villains each,  That's 6 expansions.  If each expansion also comes with a promo villain, it will still be enough for 5 expansions.  At the release rate of 1 expansion per year, will you even be able to find where you put the rest of the sleeves in 5 more years? (I certainly wouldn't)

just keep the spares in the sentinels box. no other game I own uses this size anyway.
