Well, you can order enhanced edition right from >G on their website.

Otherwise I'm not sure when anyone else is getting it, I know boardsandbits.com has Infernal Relics in finally, hopefully mine shows up today ^^, but they have enhanced ed listed as unavailable.
Amazon also has it listed as shipping now. So there's a couple options.
