The news post suggests my answer is "Yes," but just to make sure - have pre-orders/Kickstarter rewards shipped yet? I ask only so I know when to start getting that glowy Kid-on-Christmas anticipation going full-force.

When we get back, we'll be shipping out all the Kickstarter rewards, then all the pre-orders, and then running our Create a Time Villain contest! So much to do!
You may not want to do that just yet. As far as I know, the shipment of games from China hasn't arrived at their Secret Lair yet.
Also, please keep in mind it's basically just a couple folks manually packaging up everything as quickly as thier admittedly-super-powered bodies can; once they get the shipment from China, it might take a couple weeks for all the Kickstarters to go out. There were a lot of Kickstarters! (Which is kinda a good problem to have, but it'll make for a long process for them to get everything shipped.)
The >G folks are really good about getting us updates. When anything has changed (e.g., stuff has started shipping), I'm sure we'll hear about it. 
We do not have the games yet *grumble customs grumble*, but we will update you once we hear more.
I was getting a little scared at PAX talking to a game designer from another group who said customs can take months… 
Here's hoping that's not the case this time around!
I've seen pix of the boxes ready to go, and I've seen a Kickstarter update that says that "nearly all" of the rewards for domestic backers have been sent out, but I haven't yet received an email from FedEx or anyone with my tracking information. Does anyone know how can I tell if this is a problem, or just the normal slow pace of things?
I didn't see one yet either an should be recieving a domestic FedEx shipment...so I assume its in the group announced. I'd love to have a tracking number if I could.
It doesn't look like we are going to be able to send out tracking numbers for domestic Kickstarter orders. There are just too many of them, and the format we have for things from fedex is not at all conducive to finding individual orders, unfortunately. If there is a problem with delivery, we could look something up, but it will take 5-10 minutes per order (possibly including a call to FedEx). Everyone in the US who did not specify USPS shipping (or give a PO/APO box) should get their games by mid-next week, and everyone else should get theirs by the week after. If not, message me about it.
Heh, you guys may end up wishing you'd gone with a different system if a zillion people (myself) all email you en mas next Thursday morning if their box isn't in their hands. Last time was irritating, watching my package sit unmoving in the St. Louis processing center for a week, but this time I won't even have that thin gruel to sustain me. ;)

As a preorder, I just received my tracking number, so now I can wait outside my house for it to arrive.
For the people who have received theirs already, where are you geographically in relation to the St. Louis HQ? I'm in the S.F. Bay Area, which is about as far from St. Louis as is possible to be in the continental United States, so if people from Kansas are getting theirs already I'm not going to panic, but if people in Maine are getting theirs and not me, I'll need to advance my doomsday clock closer to midnight.
Also, weren't we just told that we wouldn't be getting tracking numbers? How did you come by one, huffn?
I just got my shipping notice and it came with a tracking number. So maybe some misinformation was disbursed here.
Also, Spiff, you're in the SF Bay Area? You should come by Convolution in November if you can, I'll have my Sentinels set there and be hungry to play. :)

Argh, it does the exact opposite of helping. I saw a FedEX van drive around my neighborhood and my heart literally started fluttering, like a kid on Christmas morning. Now I know I probably won't see it until Friday.
Located in Oregon, about two and a half times the distance from St. Louis as North Carolina, with a box full of card sleeves just waiting for this package to arrive. I need better distractions.

Last time, FedEx sent out tracking information because I gave them everyone's email address when they printed the labels. This time I did the same thing, but they didn't send out tracking info for some reason. That has been corrected for the Convention / Website preorder people, who *should* be getting tracking numbers, and for the international kickstarter backers, but unfortunately, our domestic kickstarter backers are sans-tracking number, which makes us sad. I will impress upon FedEx the importance of such tracking numbers in the future.
Now, fortunately, domestic backers are going to be getting their orders the fastest of anyone, so you shouldn't have to wait too long. In fact, looking on the FedEx website, they will give you a handy map of Ground ship times if you input your origin zip code (which in this case is 63132). It looks like those of you on the west coast should be getting most of your shipments on Friday:

I already got mine yesterday. I'm not sure what time yesterday, as I was at work when it arrived. I believe I was the first person (at least the first person active on the forums) to recieve my packages for Rook City kickstarter program. It's possible I may have been the first one this time too, if I knew what time my package came.
Mine arrived in Virginia Beach on thursday morning around 10. Hope that helps others guage when there packages will arrive.
Got mine in good ol' Topeka, Kansas yesterday! 'Twas Nerd Christmas last night. I ended up staying up until four because I put off doing homework for Sentinels!
Totally worth it.
Mine showed up in Oregon at about 8:30 this morning, local time. I've been too busy sorting and sleeving and oohing and aahing and cackling with glee to make a note of it.
I hear you. I was about half an hour into the homework for my tax-preparer class when it showed up. I honestly tried to be responsible, but awesome >G goodness won that fight.

Hopefully it will be there tonight here in Massachusetts. I'm a little nervous since I had to send a message to change my address. Last night I got home to an appropriately sized box but it turns out it was for my roomie. 
I got mine in KY this morning. It took everything I had to finish work before tearing into this parcel of awesomeness!
Mine did not arrive today, and without a way to track the package, I have no way of knowing if my shipment is right around the corner or if it's fallen behind a conveyor belt in some processing center. This is extremely unpleasant.

From the recent posts it seems it won't take too long. Sometime early next week, emthinks. Not too long sicne you are in the states where the games are being shipped from.

We are powering through orders as fast as we can, and everything should be shipped out by the beginning of next week.

Got mine today in NJ, and yesterday my buddy got his also in NJ.
Mine in the Bay Area has mercifully finally arrived today. The Space Shuttle flew almost directly over my company's building this morning, and then my long-awaited SotM shipment arrived at home. Coincidence? I think not.

Hey I got a question. So in the ordersection, if it says payment received for, does that mean yall received the payment but hasn't shipped the package yet or under status, it's just about the payment and doesn't say if you guys shipped it or not? Thanks!

Yes, that is what it means! You should get a FedEx tracking number if you ordered via our Store once your order ships.
Sorry. I'm not sure why I am not understading what you are saying. So you mean yes as in... If you guys ship the package, tracking number pops up in the order sectoin under my account? and my status changes to "shipped"? Sorry about bunch of questions. I am just worried about whether my order actually went through or not since when I go to view order by the order number, it has the red X box on top saying bunch of error stuff.

UPDATES: I did the kickstarter event, and live in Canada. I got the tarcking number last week (21st) and it was picked up today. It originally said September 26th, delivery date, but the FedEx truck has now decided to give it to me September 27th....

This is more a query for the community at large than for the Greater Than crew in specific...is anyone else having weirdness with their tracking information not updating?
I preordered the Unity and Ambuscade decks in one order, and Infernal Relics/Enhanced Edition in another order, both from the GTG store. The tracking number for the Unity/Ambuscade order has said the decks are in Salt Lake City for several days, with an expected delivery of tomorrow; the tracking number for the boxes has never updated with a location, it just says that the tracking information was given to FedEx.
Is this happening to anyone else? Is this common with FedEx? I've got a board game party on Saturday that I am really hoping to play Sentinels at, so please pardon if I am a little jumpy. :)
It looks like yes, for me its also not updating.
When I got my tracking number it tookj ~24 hours to have the status changed from "item information sent" to "item picked up". AFter that, the delivery date chaged twice. be patient, it's tricky, but it will update!
I have received my order! Everything looks to be there. They didn't give me a notice at my apartment office that it arrived and I had to go into the delivery room just now and look for it myself, so who knows how long it's been sitting there @_@ And of course I have somewhere that I need to go right now. I guess saving the world will have to wait! :P
Sounds like weird information about delivery status is the order of the day. Neither of my orders has updated in something on the order of 96 hours. In the words of Hank Venture, IT'TH MADDENING.
The Unity/Ambuscade order is in San Jose, CA and coming to my door today if all goes well. The Infernal Relics/Enhanced Edition order...still has never updated with shipping information. At this stage I'm wondering if it all got packaged together and the fact it was two orders caused an extra tracking number to be generated...mysterious...
They did get packed together (if I recall correctly) but they should have gone on the same tracking number, so that's odd. Let me know if they don't all arrive today.

Hey guys I got my stuff on Thursday last week, and I was wondering if any of you guys got two packs of promos without ordering an extra? Maybe I'm just lucky 
FedEx email says a 5 lb. package arrived at my doorstep - I'm guessing that's the whole shebang. I'll be home 5:30 or so Pacific time and trust me, the entire WORLD will know if it's what I think it is. :)

The box did, indeed, contain both boxes, Unity, and Ambuscade. I de-sleeved my 1st Ed cards and put them back in their box (for transport to a friend who is taking them off my hands), sleeved all the Enhanced Edition and IR cards, and crammed them all into the box (with penny sleeves it all just barely fits!). That took me all night, but tonight my girlfriend and I are taking four heroes for a spin around the block.

Use a scanner to scan the image, crop the image to only the relevant portion, and then resize the image so that it isn't overkill for the forum website.
