 I'm not gonna lie - it feels like July. If you work at a tabletop game publisher, that means a near-constant panic attack for the 4 weeks before Gen Con (if you're lucky; if not, it is 8-12 weeks of panic). Here's some things that happened?

  1. We attended Origins.
  2. We received and shipped out a ton of stuff.
  3. We argued with several factories about massive production delays.
  4. We worked on a number of complicated business deals.
  5. We did a massive amount of Gen Con prep and planning.
  6. We inventoried all of the Cheapass Games products in our warehouse.
  7. I posted a post to the Cheapass Games Kickstarter! If any of you have any thoughts about any of the Cheapass Games line, let me know here on the forum, or via email! We are excited to see what fans are excited to see from that line going forward!

Here is the status of all of our works in progress.

Stoked to be getting Homebrewers! I'm surprised and pleased to be getting it early (by air freight!)

I'm curious about the delays, if you want to share more. I'm guessing it's related to Legends of Sleepy Hollow?

Great stuff – thanks, Paul! :smiley:

Yeah, we just got an update on the Kickstarter that it will be delayed.

II’ve said to several people at GtG that I have connections to that Enemy Chocolatier and One False Step For Mankind are my top 2 Cheapass Hames to have get new looks.

@jffdougan

Thanks for the feedback! We are quite certain that we have *years* of wading through back catalog with this purchase as well as new projects to work on with James Ernest. We're really excited about it :)

Sorry about the associated typoes - I'm pretty sure I composed that, very briefly, from my phone. if I head in your direction post-school starting, I'll reach out about stopping by your office & teaching one/both of them. (Enemy Chocolatier, in particular, is one that my mostly non-gamer mother will still ask to play by name.)

Posting this here as it’s the most relevant topics towards it.  WalkingTarget found out at GenCon that Sentinels of Freedom will be released on Switch at launch.

Nice! Really wanted to play it but didn’t have a good computer to run it on or one of the other consoles.

Oh, that is nice!  I'll likely pick it up then.
