Contact form troubles?

I need to update my Sentinel Tactics order (I've recently moved)- I had no trouble updating Oblivaeon through BackerKit, but I never got a response from GtG when I sent them a message about updating said order on the website. When I asked for help via Kickstarter, I got a response in a day or two. Here it's been almost two months, and no response from using the contact form... I recall having similar troubles with the contact form before. Should I send a message to someone directly asking for help with this?

According to GMail, I sent my message to contact@greaterthangames.com on September 8, I still have yet to hear back.

That is super weird. Could you send it again and copy me? I'm curious where it goes/went.
