I was opening my VoTM which arrived in the mail today, and in going through Sergeant Steel's section, i find a complete set of the VoTM Promo's, and a white placeholder card as well.
And I don't appear to be missing any cards, as far as my memory serves me from playtesting (which... is really really bad memory)
Anyone else experience this?

I didnt seem to get any extras. But i was wondering how do we get the Infinitor and Kismet promos? I thought if you preordered Villians then you got the villain promos as well.

The promo cards are printed in the otherwise empty spaces on the end of the print run, and separated out after the cards are cut from the sheet. It just sounds like the factory bundled a set into your box by error.
I was financially unable to participate in the preorder, but I'll happily take the promos & reimburse shipping if you want.

Well that makes my order of the promos pointless. I have just wasted money left and right this year. Ordered a couple days to early for the winter sale so I could have something for Hanukkah (paid full price for mister chomps and shipping). Tried to get in touch to see if I could get my order switched or at least get the promos. Got no response so ended up ordering just the promos and paid for shipping on that. Oh well. I don't regret ordering the products, I just hate the feeling I am getting penalized because the rules keep changing.
The promos being discussed here are the ones that come with VotM preorder which is separate from the Christmas sale promos.
Yeah, this is the Sentinels, Chrono-Ranger, Scholar, and Naturalist promos.

Lynkfox i'm guessing you got mine as I had the displeasure of seeing they were not in my box today got the bonus villain and environment fine though. Now just need to email gtg with the issue and hopefully get replacements.
Heh. Mine were actually in The Villains box, inside the wrapped packages, in the middle of sergeant steels cards. Obviously didn’t get collated out.
