I ordered something from the store for the holiday promos about 10 days ago, and I think it may have already gotten sent out. I had a big typo in my adress, last time that happened they just returned it to the sender, so is there a place I can fix it or confirm where it is.

Yeah mine is still saying order received, hasn't gone to ship yet. Though i think i remember seeing somewhere that it would take a few weeks to send out these orders.
it was on the announcement of the promos. they said if you have the order done by december 10th you should have it by christmas. It comes down to how fast they have shipped out bottom of the 9th and all that more likely. idk I expect to see them start showing up by the end of next week.
If it matters at all, it still says my Wrath of the Cosmos order status is "order created." So I don't think it's a good indication to go by.
So, I couldstill theoretically send them an email, and change the adress. If it's coming closer to christmas, than I need to change the adress anyway

power 2: one player may flip all face down cards in their play area, treating them as if they were just put in play.
termi-nation absolute zero:
violent shivers: until the end of your next turn, increase all damage dealt by and too absolute zero by 2.
termi-nation bunker:
modulize: destroy 1 of your ongoings or equipment cards. If you do draw 1 card, play 1 card, and use a power in any order.
termi-nation unity:
reconfigure: destroy a mechanical golem, then shuffle it into your deck. Move a mechanical golem from your trash into play. You may draw a card.

Killswitch, that was not my intention at all and looking back i should have added in more detail, but I was in a rush at that moment. My point of posting that mine had shown up was because I had ordered it day 1 as well. I only live about 30 minutes from GTG HQ so based off it coming through USPS, usually stuff from them shows up the next day after they have put it in the mail. My main purpose of posting that mine had shown up was to let the topic creater and anyone else who was curious that they have started to show up and should be at their place within the next couple of days.

I got mine yesterday myself, and I live in Nebraska.
Just got a notice from Fedex about my shipment (I ordered the first day) and it lists that I should get it by 12/10.
We are rapidly catching up on store orders, and should be mostly caught up by mid-week.
In my case I hope Fedex is wrong on the delivery date. As of yesterday it is within the city limits of where I live but still lists it won't be delivered until 12/10
Evidently no one has informed you, but you moved. You now live in Alaska. It'll take a few days to re-route the package.

was so sad to hear that he passed away and their wouldnt be any more books. I was in buffalo wild wings when i found out through one of their trivia questions and started bawling.

I wouldn't go by the order page. FedEx sent me a shipping notice last week and still on the orders page it says "payment received". My piece is wondering if Fedex is telling me the truth and my first shipment will get here today.

I made an account with Fedex to have it send me notices when packages are sent to me. It's been a while since that I set that up so I don't recall all of the steps.

Though I will note the fedex updates have been lacking on this package from GtG as there hasn't been an update since Sunday. It lists I should get it by end of day today but I'm not too optimistic at this point.

Still fighting evil but without my order with promo heroes 
My order of Bot9 w/promos arrived -- on the 10th, as promised by the Fedex email I received on the 4th.
I got the notice from Fedex last Friday and it listed delivery for 12/10. Now it lists after missing that date that there is no scheduled delivery date. The last update on the package is from Sunday night. I'll be calling Fedex about it today as apparently my package must have gotten lost.
I got mine two days ago, along with my new Mr Chomps plush.
FedEx pretty much told me the package is with the postal service and to just wait because holidays. /sigh

I don't blame the post office I blame FedEx. As they told me that just today it got handed off to the Post Office even though the package was within city limits since Sunday night.
Edit: Also, because the tracking page still doesn't list any updates since Sunday. I know in the past it would update once it was handed to the post office.
I do find that really odd. I'd start worrying if you don't get yours by Saturday.
My expected delivery just got bumped back from today to the 15th. sigh.
So now there is an update from Thursday saying there was a weather exception. I have to call BS on that one if it was within the city limits as we haven't had any adverse weather this week and daytime temps about 40. Meanwhile a second package I ordered over a week after the sale began lists that as of this morning it was given to the post office and still lists Monday as the delivery date. I don't have any pressing need for these packages but holidays or not it would nice to not have two or more day gaps in any updates on the tracking.
I'm with you Powerhound. I got the shipment email on Monday with a delivery date of Friday. The tracking hasn't been updated since Tuesday where it's claimed to be at a shipping facility roughly 80 miles up the highway that connects Columbus and Cincinnati, where I live.
My order hasn't updated beyond payment received, and I'm not sure when it will arrive. If the delivery time for my very cheap shipping option is accurate, should be between the 18th and the 24th. Hopefully.
Both packages are now listed to be with the Post Office now. So I should see them this week and hopefully before Thursday since I'll be out of town for a bit.
Edit: Package one arrived today!
Hello all! I placed my order on 11/19, the status is payment received, and I have not been notified of any shipment coming my way…Just wondering, is anyone else in the same boat?
You will only get a notice about the shipment if you have an account with Fedex and have it setup to send you notices about packages coming to you. If you ordered 11/19 the it should be with Fedex already.
I ordered on the 19th as well and am still awaiting my order. I didn't sign up for notifications though so I have no clue if its in transit, delivered to the guy with a street address almost exactly the same as mine which the postman still cant figure out, or still sitting in a warehouse somewhere guarded by top men.
On a side not, I'm still waiting on my Sentinels Tactics maps, but that was my own fault for not realizing they were going to come out well before the Broken City pre-order.
I also ordered on the 19th, each day I open the mail box hoping Guise will be there with the promos, so far no luck. I'm patient though so as long as it gets here before Villians, I'm good. If Villains does get here first then I'll start inquiring about it being forgotten.
If it makes anyone feel better I know where my package is since I signed up for FedEx notifications. Mine has been in a shipping facility 60 miles away for a week with no updates. I just called FedEx and they said it probably won't leave that shipping facility until Thursday at the earliest. So I'm probably looking at next week. I want it to be clear that none of this is GTGs fault, but I'm never having something shipped through SmartPost if I have any other option.

Yeah i ordered Nov 18 and i still havent had any notification. Yes I have fedex notifications activated for my address.
If you did choose the $5 shipping rate I would double check your fedex account to see what you have coming.
Unfortunately, I don't have a tracking number, reference number or date shipped. Typing in detsiantion country and postal code do not give any results for me.
This is not complaining, I'm in no major rush (before Christmas is better, which i told will be no issue). It might come this week. So there's that! Yay!
Yeah, my FedEx account shows no inbound packages, and I haven't received any notifications whatsoever... I thought for sure I had received tracking numbers for some of my previous SotM purchases, but I could be mistaken.
I just received my promos, so hopefully those of you that were in a similar situation will have yours in hand soon.
