They all seem to be sending me to the Sentenils Rules discussion page.  Any idea what's up?

Ah! You are smarter than I, I had not realised it was diverting away from that section. It does explain the "new 1" notification I can't get rid of.

Didn't we have a similar problem with threads named the same thing, or was that on the old boards?

All I know is that I see some weird reorganizing of the boards.  Not sure what happened to spur it this time.
