I have been lurking these forums for a while, not posting much, but wanted to come out say thanks to everyone that works hard at this Great company. I found you guys about a year ago while researching more games to buy, thought Sentinels looked awesome so I picked it up, I was right. Withing two weeks I had all 3 expansions that were out at the time. I couldnt stay long at the Gathering of Heroes event earlier this year beacuse I had Friends waiting anxiously to play, but if you guys hold another one I will be there all day. But what I really came here to pose is about Sentinel Tactics. As with most people here I kickstarted it and was happy to here the news of it shipping out recnetly. I was happier to hear the Fedex truck pulling up to my complext this monring. Granted I live in St Louis about a hour from where you guys are, but damn, didnt know shipping was that fast. Thank you for everything you guys do, and sorry to make everyone else little jelous.

On behalf of 99% of this forum, "friggin jealous..."
I hope that my shipment arrives tomorrow, but that may be optimistic (Minneapolis, MN...not sure what the shipment time would look like)
I never got any sort of notification from Kickstarter regarding a shipment, so right now I'm just assuming it went out.
Anyways, enjoy Tactics and breath in that fresh New Game Smell.

All the characters, heroes and villians, are designed to be able to be played in skirmishes, at relatively equal power level. Of course, some characters may have natural advantages against specific foes, but that's for you to discover!

At least you have some way to track it. I never received any e-mails with shipping info, so I have no way to track my package. I live in California, so I'll be amazed if it shows up this weekend. Monday or Tuesday is more reasonable.
I remember reading somewhere on these forums that for some reason, not everyone is getting a tracking number e-mail. That's fine and I accept that on a shipment of this scale, everything can't be done right away, but that hasn't stopped my anxiety issues from screaming "YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG AND YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR THING AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!" Stupid anxiety. I'm thrilled about this game, doubly so because it's arriving four months early, but now I'm worried that I'll worry myself into an ulcer, which makes me worry more because I don't have health insurance and can't afford any medical bills.
Life is fun. And before anyone asks, I just re-checked Kickstarter; my e-mail for my account is correct and I didn't say anything in the survey or any messages to change it.
Stupid anxiety. Stupid brain.
I apologize for the rant.

I'm going to be out of town for a few days this week I'm really hoping it doesn't spend 4 days out on my porch like it has the potential to, especially since it'll probably rain at least one of those days.

I also never received any email with a tracking number, but I was able to locate a tracking number through fedex.com and eventually track mine. I also live in California and mine is expected to arrive on Thursday! So you just may be amazed too. Anyway, below I've written how I was able to track down tracking info. Not sure if it'll work for you, but hopefully if it does, it can ease some of your worries.
From my Kickstarter post:
"Try this. It took me less than five minutes.
Go to fedex.com … find the set of links under "Quick Access" … click "Customize Your Delivery" … this will take you to a page about FedEx Delivery Manager. Then you can sign up for an account, by providing name, address, etc. (no credit card info needed). This will allow you to set it up to be notified of future deliveries going to your address.
However, since the shipments have already gone out, you likely won't get an email with a tracking number (I didn't). You will just get the email confirmations about signing up for fedex.com and FedEx Delivery Manager. But, if you go back to the website, click on Customize Your Delivery, then login w/ your new account information, it should take you to a page where you can see any pending deliveries, get the tracking number, etc.
At least this worked for me. I can't guarantee it will work for everyone… "
Good luck!

For now I've just put all the components in small bags, and then put them into the Uprising box, then put the tiles in on top of them, with the scenario books above theat, and the Uprising insert in between to help protect the books. I put the cards into another box, then put it all into my Sentinels bag.
I bought 1000 small bags a while back, of 2 different sizes, 500 each. They help me organize my games. Still used some of the bags that came with Tactics for the larger groups of tokens/minis.

Once I take out the plastic insert in the big box and put everything in baggies it fits. It's a tight fit though almost no wiggle room. But for a great game like this that's okay I've had worse storage problems

I haven't received emails for the last four or five Kickstarter updates.
I didn't get an email from FedEx telling me my order shipped or when it would arrive.
Instead, FedEx just rang my doorbell and dropped off my package.

This is what I ended up doing, though I was able to fit in a plastic Sterilite container to hold all of the minis (separated, even!)
One question, though: did anyone else not get a scenario book in their Uprising box? I got the three that came in the base game, and all of the necessary components in both boxes, but no Uprising scenario book.

I got a Beacon/Operative scenario book with Uprising. I'd email >G and let them know; according to a few posters on BGG, it seems like a few people have had some missing or mixed up stuff (multiple/missing bases for the mini's; someone unluckily was missing the character board tokens). Hopefully these issues are in the minority, though it would help immensely if the rulebook contained a components list with the number amount of each token and piece.

But as for pegs (Why i quoted) Its part and parsel of this kind of product. such things so small always have a little bit of weirdess, extra flash, ect - just get an exacto knife and shave a little off if you have to to get it in, and a very very tiny dot of glue (get dries clear model superglue) will keep it down if you need to.

My FedEx tracker shows that my box went from St. Louis MO to Champaign IL (a side move), then Sacramento CA (closer to me), then to a town even closer to me, but now shows it's arrived back at St. Louis again! I just received a tracking e-mail that says the same thing. FedEx's system said that my packages on "on truck for delivery" at 3:15 this morning; now it says it's "arrived at FedEx facility" in Saint Luis, MO, at 4:08 this afternoon.
I'm assuming that it's a glitch in their system. I hope so. I was all geared up to have it on my doorstep when I got home from work today; if the whole thing was a SNAFU and it hasn't left St. Louis yet, I'm going to be very annoyed. There may be loud swearing at the cats, because they're obviously to blame for everything. Sneaky little bastards…

Got my package of Sentinel Tactics awesomeness last Thursday, and haven't really stopped playing it yet. Getting a lot of skirmishes in, trying out all the characters and getting a solid feel for range probabilities, line of sight, and movement. The only reason it gets put away at night is so the kitten won't decide it's a playground in the middle of the night and I have to spend half of every morning finding the pieces.
My copy was, thankfully, 100% complete. The only hang-up was that some of the miniatures didn't quite fit onto their bases (mainly The Wraith, Swift Bot, and a few Citizens), or some wouldn't hold on to the base at all without glue (all the single-peg figures). Gave me an excuse to pick up a file set and some model glue, which will come in handy in a few months since I Kickstarted an extremely miniatures-heavy game that should be arriving soon.
I considered leaving them off the bases in case I ever get them painted, but reality won out: I have no skill at painting miniatures, I sure as Hell don't want to use these to practice on, and I'll never be able to afford to pay someone to paint them. They'll just have to look monochromatically awesome, which they do.
