Bob. All of Citizen Dawns cards are named Bob. They were given aliases for political reasons.
Scissors. Scissors can destroy non-target environment cards. Only heroes that don't run have them though. Safety first!
Umm. I'm sorry to inform you but La Capitan isn't actually real. She was made up. Sorry about that.

The trick on these will be to not mix their HP up with their Tactics versions, but I think I've got a handle on them.
Ok. That should be everything. As per the rules, I didn't look it up, so I'm not going to look it up now to make sure I'm right, but I'm fairly confident. To be fair, the Citizens of the Sun are sort of my jam, as it were.
