Hello all, I thought I would introduce myself. I am The Troll and I got into this when a friend wanted stuff for Shadowrun and asked me what bribes I would accept. The base set along with the infernal relics and rook city expansions were part of my bribe and I'm very pleased with it so far. Haven't had too much time for my friends to join me, but I have gotten a few games with them and some solo in.

Welcome! We could use a few more good trolls around here, lord knows I can't do it all myself. Our last one didn't work out so well. I have high hopes for you!

@Foote: *snort*

Welcome! There's a pretty active G+ and PBF community here, if you're wanting to play more games. I don't do it myself, but it exists!

Welcome!

Bribes are a totally acceptable way to gain Sentinels :P

Especially for a Decepticon.

Hey Troll, welcome to the forum :). As mentioned, there are some online games that go on here if you can't get your Sentinels fix via actual tabletop play ;). Feel free to share with us any interesting tales of epic defeats or victories, and ask away if you have any rules queries - you're pretty sure to get an answer within minutes of posting because there always seems to be people around with nothing better to do than wander around the forums :D.

I think this is the first forum I have been on that welcomes a troll.

Welcome to the party.

Welcome, Troll!

I guess you're not on that forum for Under-Bridge Lurkers then.

grytrl, of course. I'm more into bridge design than the actual lurking, but it's good to have your users in mind when constructing these things.

I'm not one of those pathetic internet trolls. I actually like to get reactions through positive actions, much like eating them. :smiling_imp:  So no worries there all. ;)

Sadly I probably won't be able to get in many online games since I work hours that won't mesh well with other players. But hey, I promise, until one of the admins gets tired of me and hits me with the silly stick, you guys are stuck with my odd observations and bizzarre ramblings. And thanks for the welcome guys, I'll just find the bridge in this forum and make my home.

Don't just assume it won't work. We have many people here from around the world.

On Mountain time I get to work around 4-5 pm and work anywhere till 2, 3, and even 4 in the morning, I've even been there till 5. Then I go straight to bed and sleep till noon just to do it again. Not a big enough window to give you people the attention you deserve online in a game.

I'm on MST too, but I generally play Sentinels from 7-9pm each night unless it is a weekend.

There's a scheduled game on Fridays on google groups at noon Mountain time.

Between some people in North America who like to game during the daytime and people in other parts of the globe, I bet you'll find takers.

Greetings.

The PBF aren't limited to time so long as you take your turn in a relatively timely manner.

Yeah most PBF games we generally want players to be able to be online and do a turn once a day.  It doesn't really matter when that time is.

I would try those games out. If not you can always help out with the events.
