The last event went so well, I decided to start another one. I know a lot of people pushed themselves to play as much as possible, so this week's event will be a slightly different pace.

The Wraith, while vewry sneaky, has been spotted in numerous locations. Your job is to photograph the Wraith in those locations. SImply take a picture of Wraith's character card at those locations, and upload them here.

I will start with a few places today, and add more as the week continues. If you have a suggestion for a place, simply post it in this thread.

If somebody has a better place to post the pics, please say so.

After posting your pick, simply fill out your name and select the appropriate column:

So Sneaky

List of locations:

1) Train station

2) Park

3) Coffee shop

4) By a blue car

5) Next to a man with a hat.

Event ends on Sunday, November 10th 11:59 PM CST.

Ha! People pushing themselves to play SotM, that's funny. I bet every one of them played the same amount as they would have otherwise.

I have no problems setting up something like last week if people want. What shall we do?

This challenge isn't about the game itself, and I don't know where my camera is anyway, so I won't be participating.

That is definitely not true in my case; I made a very particular effort.  Granted I certainly would have played at least a couple games of SOTM during the week, but pushing myself to play two within six hours on Sunday evening, even when the first one was a disaster, took some major doing.

I actually did play a ton over the weekend.  I hadn't been playing as much recently, and the Sentinels Weekend was enough to get me kick started again.

Whatever it is you feel like doing. I can already confirm that I will not be able to do any of these pictures. However if you did do something like the last one, I can easily do that as I play tons of SotM! Just got done playing 3 games on Google+. 2 of which were victories! Down with La Capitan and Plague Rat! And curse you Dreamer!

I think it would be cool if people with photoshop skills could put the Wraith being sneaky into various pictures.

Today I needed to go into London.

I asked the Station Attendant how much a ticket would be and she turned around and said

"What is the Price of Freedom?"

The only thing this town has is coffee shops.

Tomorrow, I'm on it.

I love this challenge.

I am going in vacation on Friday for three weeks, so I will try to get as many strange locations as I can. I think we should just keep adding locations forever.

some additional locations:

6. On a rooftop watching over the city.

7. Disappearing into smoke (bombs)

8. In another card game, posing as if she were part of it.

9. At a (mega) computer

10. At a fancy party blending in with the crowd.

How about in the kitchen drawer, where all the knives are kept (or by the knife-block thing if you have one of those)? ;)

How come no-one has mentioned green hairdryers yet? :O

Or grappling hooks? Because, you know, obviously everyone has one of those just sitting around in their house or something, lol. I suppose you could go to one of those "outdoor gear" shops and find where they keep the climbing equipment (if they have any) :D.

Took a walk this afternoon to run errands and also get the exercise since it was nice outside.  Took along my iPhone, and noticed that I was possibly being followed...

That's delightful. I'm also jealous of a Wraith card that says "Sleuth," and not "Sleulth."

Augh, I'm sad I didn't get the chance to do this. I got swamped with stuff to do, but I still like this challenge. When I've got some free time, I'll still get some photos of her in the places, like the coffee shop or next to a blue car.

In fact, I like this "challenge", and I'd like to keep it going. Anyone in favor of keeping this going by giving a task of taking a photo of a certain character in a certain place, and whoever fulfills the requirement picks the next location?

I might see what I can do. I take walks all the time around where I live and carry an iPhone (and often my "good" camera - a decent Nikon).  Carrying a Wraith card on these for adding to photos might be an interesting adjunct.  Especially for some stuff in the local small parks.  If someone else starts doing this I suggest having the card sleeved, and possibly carrying some tape of temporary adhesive so that it will be easier to "pose" the card for a particularly good sneaky photo.

Could also think what other heroes would be good to "theme" in pictures:

1) Legacy with American (or other appropriate) flags and patriotic items.

2) Tempest with things aquatic

3) Unity with robots or golems

4) etc. etc.

Yes! I love it. Great idea!

I'm going to challenge myself to get AA in an appropriately musical location. I'm singing with my choirs in a concert on Saturday with an orchestra, so there should be plenty of opportunity there.

I'm still planning to photograph Wraith, I just haven't gotten round to it yet, unfortunately.

Let's add some score to this.

You get +2 points every goal you achieve. If you're not the first person to complete the challenge, you only get +1 for completing the goal. You cannot score on your own challenges.

I'll start with this example, at Silverleaf's suggestion.

1) Argent Adept next to a musical instrument.

EDIT: Removed part about "bonus" challenges. Feel like finding extra bonuses would have been too much of a stretch for som heroes. Just one challenge per post.

Can we suggest locations even if we're not actually taking part (due to not having a camera)? :) I could have some fun coming up with a location or two for as many characters as possible :D.

Right then, let me see what kind of ideas I can come up with...

Ab'Zero - Inside a freezer (since most people don't tend to have a cryo chamber in their kitchen...or anywhere else in their house or anywhere otherwise accessible, for that matter ;)). Also, beside a fire or fireplace (probably not too close, though ;)).

Bunker - Next to something military-related (I'm not sure what - it's not like people tend to have a load of guns or a tank or whatever sitting around their houses, but erm...I dunno, there are a few military museums around, aren't there? ;)).

Fanatic - Next to something obviously Christianity-related (since that appears to be her religion, though I can't recall whether that specific oneis mentioned by name - the symbolism used would seem to make it clear, though).

Haka - Near some happy small children of playgroup-attending age (I think that's what Kindergarten is, yes? Pre-school age?). Somewhere that looks like New Zealand (because we can always pretend that it is ;)). His alternate version can be hanging around in a library, of course.

Legacy - Next to something blatantly America-related, ie preferably featuring the flag in some way.

Ra - In or beside a structure made of sandstone (that being what pyramids and stuff tended to be made of, I believe). And/or near some fire.

Tachyon - Somewhere obviously scientific, if not an actual science lab. Or lots of different places, with the time on the clocks visible in every image depicting that only a couple of seconds have gone past between the taking of each picture ;).

Tempest - Beside a river or sea (or a similar body of water). Or somewhere (preferably natural, like a field or forest) with a stormy sky visible in the background. Bonus points if there's actually a lightning bolt going off at the time :D.

Visionary - Hmm, tricky one. Nothing actually springs to mind, here. Maybe she could be a step or two just to the side of some kind of obvious disaster which has managed to miss her because she took those couple of steps to the left right before it went off, without needing to physically look and see it coming? I dunno.

Wraith - On top of a high building (like a skyscraper). Or somewhere really poncy-looking with posh furniture and stuff (she's rich, after all). Or somewhere with lots of knives or similarly pointy objects.

Expatriette - Um, somewhere in which you can in some way get a gun into the picture, I suppose. Probably therefore about as difficult as Bunker ;).

Mr Fixer - A car-repair garage. A martial arts centre. A peaceful hillside (cherry blossom trees optional ;)).

Adept - A natural setting (with trees and stuff, no man-made stuff visible). Somewhere with lots of musical instruments.

Nightmist - A library or similar location full of old, big, leather-bound books that look like they probably contain a load of ancient, forbidden lore. A dimly-lit room with candles and pentagrams and other stuff generally linked to the occult.

Chrono-Ranger - Somewhere that evokes the feel of the Wild West, naturally. Or somewhere that looks...wild, as though nasty scary monsters live there and a Mongolian Death Worm might pop out of the ground at any second ;).

Omni-10 - Somewhere with a load of high-tech computery stuff, I suppose.

Scholar - Somewhere natural, with plenty of trees and rocks that look comfortable to sit on/lean against. And/or a caravan (I think that's what he lives in, isn't it?)

Unity - Somewhere with a work bench and a load of scrap metal sitting around.

Some of those are probably gonna be difficult/impossible to get depending on where people live, I suppose, but you could have the fun of improvising or something, right? ;)

Awesome!

On the bus on the way home from choir rehearsals I go past a pub called The Scholar. If it wasn't for having to wait for over an hour for the next bus, I'd totally take a picture of, er, well, the Scholar, right next to the sign.
