Just found out about this game and picked up a copy tonight. It looks as good as the reviews say. Do you guys do anything in the St. Louis area game stores?

I'm glad that you enjoy the game!
We have occasionally done local stuff, and certainly might again in the future. We don't have any concrete plans to do so coming up, but we'll definitely announce it here if we do!
However, if you'd like to find a couple of players to show you the game, I'd suggest checking out the game nights at Wizard Wagon in The Loop. They've got a number of people in there playing the game on a semi-regular basis.
