After a few battles together, the heroes start to become a team, I think those teams should get a name. In this event, choose a three hero team from the heroes available in the app, there are 165 combinations. If you win three games with those heroes against three different villains, you get to pick the name of that three hero team. If you lose, you can keep trying until you get three wins. Let's see if all 165 teams can get names!
When you have named your team, please post the name and matches here too!
Advanced or regular for facing the three villains?

Did two groups so far. First one was Haka, Wraith, and AZ or team Whaz! against Ambuscade, Baron Blade, and Omnitron. In some of the matches I think Haka and AZ hurt themselves more than the villain
The second group was Viz, Ra, and AZ known as the team It burns when I Viz faced Ambuscade, Baron Blade, and Bomber Blade. A bit of a slow setup but this team felt rather dominant after the second round.
I played all of my matches in Silver Gulch.

I was working towards your second team
To ninja is (to me) rather mean
I'd conquered Mad Bomber Blade
and fought Voss in the shade
and was working fry Dawnie's spleen.
(In all seriousness, though, my game against Voss was epic. I dropped him with exact damage, with Visionary and Ra incapped and AZ at 1. Thank goodness for Phosphorescent Chamber.
Also, in my Dawn game, I had the pleasure of watching Dawn merge with the sun, and then return to normal on the same turn. Meteor Storm is fun!)

Team GoGo Gadget! took to the field. Wraith, Bunker, and Absolute Zero; just think of all the equipment! They dealt a stinging loss to Grand Warlord Voss on Mars, then crashed the Citizens of the Sun party on Insula Primalis (poor Dawn never got her Aurora on). Then, in a feat some would call suicidal, they took on Omnitron in Silver Gulch. The first two battles, Terraforming and Tech Singularities wrecked Team GoGo Gadget!, but third time was the charm. Gingerly firing around two carts of dynamite, our gear-happy heroes prevailed.

I added Team Cleansing Downpour - Legacy, Tempest, Wraith. It was a month ago, but I beat all the available villains - many of them on advanced. You can read the details here (with screen shots!): https://greaterthangames.com/forum/topic/cleansing-downpour-challenge-6731 .
I'll have to try to think of some catchy names for the other teams I've tried.

My first team made it in 8 games, after an epic streak of villain luck ended, Haka, Tempest and Ra became known as Earth Wind and Fire.
Second team of Fanatic, Ra, Bunker fared better, with Bunker dominating matches against Voss and Mad Bomber Blade, and Ra (Drawn to the Flame) crushing Dawn in epic fashion. They shall now be known as Happiness is a warm gun. Fanatic sitting in for Expat until RC is released.

Team Brutal Sacrifice consisting of Legacy, Fanatic, and Haka beat down Baron Blade, Grand Warlord Voss, and Citizen Dawn in Silver Gulch. The game against Voss had not one but two uses of End of Days to get rid of Voss's battleships since only Fanatic could deal damage to them. Blade was only a minor issue since he drew a second MDP at the start. Dawn took two attempts as Fanatic never drew any Ongoing destruction and Haka didn't get Savage Mana so a beginning Return wiht the Dawn was trouble as it seemed Citizen Truth or Citizen Anvil were the one that came back. The seidbd game I did get a savage mana and was able to cobble citizens. It ended with Haka going on a rampage and spitting Citizens back at Dawn along with Sheriff Pratt.

Legacy, Ra, and Haka showed the villains that you should mess with or underestimate the old timers. To keep in theme, the three heroes defeated the villains in Silver Gulch, Insula Primalis, and the Ruins of Atlantis. These three heroes fight crime and protect the world as The Senior Citizens.

Holy guacamole that combo was effective.
Legacy, Fanatic, Tempest. All three healed, all three AoEd, but egacy spent a lot of it adding +2 damage to everyone else.
It was brutal how quickly they annihilated everything they faced. Grand Warlord Voss flipped once, never got the flip back and Ambuscade never even got to flip. Baron Blade flipped with four cards underneath. Just... so brutal.

You would think that Legacy's buffs would only make Absolute Zero and Fanatic kill themselves faster. However, after a rousing series of battles against Baron Blade, Omnitron, and Grand Warlord Voss saw all three of the heroes still standing, the team was dubbed "The Reverse-Ronway." Maybe you don't need to incapacitate the heroes to win after all.

Absolute Zero, Legacy and Tempest competed as "Elemental Legacy" against BB, Ambuscade and GWV (I always fight these three, respectively using Insula Primalis, Silver Gulch and Mars Base).

It took a while to get the damage on Voss but with Bunker first in turn order he normally could take out the minion that was played that round, AZ has Sub Zero Atmospshere out so only Voss and Silver Gluch were dealing any damage, and once Unity was able to keep two raptor bots in play Voss was chomped quickly.

I saw someone put Bunker/AZ/Unity on the board and I was kinda bummed. I'd lost five matches out of seven, was about to do my eighth match... and it was claimed!
"IT Crowd" is good. I was gonna call them "SXSW". They are a REALLY uncomfortable combo for me. They took down Ambuscade and Baron Blade (both proved tough) but I couldn't manage down Voss, either. The environments tended to board wipe Unity pretty frequently, no matter which environment I chose. Super frustrating.

AZ, Bunker, and Mr Fixer combined forces as Slow and steady wins the race. They managed to defeat Voss, Spite, and Ambuscade. Let me tell you this was probably one of the more frustrating teams. Often I found myself being unable to deal with Ongoings and that made attempted matches against Plague Rat and Blade result in losses. Honestly, Mr Fixer was typically my most effective hero but he also ended up the first to die a lot too.
