So, for anyone that hasn't unlocked completionist guise with the achievement yet, I highly recommend using the button. It's pretty amusing. If you want to get him the real way you can always reinstall, which wipes all your button-enabled unlocks but preserves achievements (on steam. Not sure about IOS/Android. Also, since there's easter-egg content, it's possible that completionist guise works differently than the other heroes in this regard).

Even if you have him unlocked via the button, you can get the real unlock and the associated achievement without wiping your data.

He absolutely can. You just (spoiler) have to wait for a minute on that screen, then things progress to the next stage….
What I am curious about is, is there a further Easter Egg if you unlock him the “cheaters” way, then unlock him via the story unlock? Has Handelabra programmed something for Guise to say?
