Guise Special Form?

It was previously posted to get Santa Guise special form each hero needs to have at least 2 presents in their play area and Santa Guise must have Lemme See That at the beginning of his turn.

That formula doesn't work when I try it.  Is it correct? Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Do you have Guise first in line?

No. Didn't know that was required.
