Foil Cards in Oblivaeon Mode

I am wondering if there is a setting I missed for getting the foil cards to come out when we pick new heroes during the fight ?

Seems I get the non foils to come out.  

It seems to do that whenever heroes come into play - the same thing happens with the hero on trial in Celestial Tribunal - I’m not sure there is a way to change that...

I already reported it. 

This also happened playing in the Tribunal at first and it was fixed.
