Several times now (not sure if it's every time, because I haven't been keeping track) when I've used La Comodora's Condcordant Helm to take her draw phase first, she has drawn two cards rather than one, although nothing in play seems to say that she should do so.  This has happened in multiple games with different teammates/environments, so it would seem to be due to La Comodora herself.  I hesitate to call this a bug, since it is so straightforward it seems like if it were a bug it would have been caught and fixed, so I must be missing something, but in any case I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what's going on.

Edit: I also just used it to take my power phase before my play phase, then after my play phase it seemed to try to give me another power phase (it gave the message "La Comodora has no usable powers left, skipping her power phase.").  I'm beginning to think this really is a bug.

That isn’t a bug - it’s a general rule that if you haven’t played a card or used a power you draw 2 cards, so if you choose to do it first (and you should) she will draw 2 cards. The same thing happens with Wager Master’s Card that reverse turn order.

Ah.  That makes sense.  The power phase thing still seems like a bug, though.  Even so, it may have just been a message.  I’m not sure it would have let me use another power if I’d had one available.

As FearLord says, that's not a bug, it's a little known rule.

But that second thing, if you're getting that message every time that definitely is a bug, please report it.

I don’t know if it’s happened other times, but I did rewind and play the turn again just to make sure, and sure enough, after going draw->power->play, the message popped up that her power phase was being skipped due to lack of available powers.  In any case, I submitted a report already (before I saw FearLord’s post) so the question of whether I should is moot at this point.
