Bug or Not!

That’s right, it’s time for an exciting episode of BUG OR NOT!

PWX Argent Adept has the power “The Argent Adept deals 1 target other than himself 2 sonic damage.  If a hero is dealt damage this way, they play a card and use a power.”  Called to Judgment lets someone use the power on Mr. Adept because he’s the Rep.  They can target AA with this power, but not themselves.  I assume this is because “himself” transfers?

Edit: Note that when Grandpa Legacy gives Rep Xtreme Argent a power, it functions as expected.  Only the environment-given, someone-use-the-power instances are weird.

Not a bug.  When Called to Judgment lets another hero use that power, the other hero is the user of that power, and "himself" and "you" (as well as that hero's name) do indeed mean the hero doing the using, similarly to Guise's "I Can Do That, Too."  When other effects let the Representative use their own power, it's played as written.
