FYI, just saw on Discord that the digital vilain foils would be available on Steam tomorrow (17/08). Not sure if that means the iOS / android are realeased simultaneous or not.

That’s been their intent typically to release on all platforms around the same time. Typically Apple and recently Amazon have thrown wrenches into that plan.
The update will be available on iOS and Android tomorrow as well.
