The Lowsley brothers team up with many of Hugh's friends in Dok'Thorath to confront the spawn of Nigel's mind.

Advanced Heroic Infinitor vs Requital Captain Cosmic, Haka, Sky-Skraper and Tempest in Dok'Thorath.

Sloggy but fairly standard mint.

As is usual with Heroic Infinitor your goal here is to prevent Nigel from being hit. Spamming constructs to protect him from the Reapers, redirections (be careful of Enduring Intercession until you get Ta Moko, Energy Bracer and/or Aggression Modulator out. There are a lot of constructs to get hit), and healing. Just make sure Nigel doesn't get hit as that +2 burns through his HP fast.

Also note that the 0 damage from Portia's Concussive Clap is increased by the +2 so be judicious when you use it. Tempest gets an early Hailstorm so it doesn't hurt too much to give up the area damage.

Yeah, this one was pretty easy. Infinitor quickly got down to 11, but he stayed there for several rounds until he finally played an AOE card. At several points, I had the board set up so that he would have wiped it easily had he just done something. But with all the redirection / damage reduction options, we were in no danger after the heroes' second turns.

I tried to cheese the Catch a Ride / Reclaim From the Deep / Abject Refugees combo into getting the match overwith earlier, but all I succeeded in doing was getting a couple manifestations off the board a little early. Which was still helpful! But when all my heroes finished between 15 and 22 HP, it didn't ultimately matter.

MVP was probably Sky-Scraper for dropping double Aggression Modulator on the Thorathian Military in round 2, turning them into a hyper-focused manifestation death squad. But Energy Bracer + Ta Moko + Enduring Intercession was also quite helpful, once I finally got it set up.

Mint. Fun game.

I did a practice game with these heroes and struggled. Here, the star was the double Reclaim From the Deep. Play one to get the other and keep bringing Thorathian Monolith back. Between that and Enduring Intercession, I kept Infinitor at 15 for a long, long time (long enough to see some of the manifestations at -15). All the other heroes finished in that range as well.

A bit sloggy waiting for Infinitor to draw a AOE card, but I was in no danger.

Mint.

It took longer than it should have, and I kept making silly mistakes in ordering and choosing targets...but it all worked out in the end.

Infinitor, Captain Cosmic and Haka at 8HP each, and Sky-Scraper and Tempest at 7HP each.

I did the same to one of the Minions.  Who eventually died becasue of all the AOE I was throwing around.

Pretty Bog-Standard Heroic Infinitor Mint.

Similar to above, this game is all about keeping damage off Infinitor until he finally starts playing damaging cards (in my game he had to go through his entire deck twice to get them. Once was just manifestations, the second was just cards that look for manifestations and discard everything else). Aggression Modulator, Enduring Intercession, Thorian Monolith and all the various "Reduce damage taken by 1"s out there are your friends. Cosmic Crest allows CC to tank the Misshapen guys and Thorian Military easily.

Ended mid 20s for everyone except Haka and Infinitor who were mid teens. I think some of the manifestations were at -20 by the end :P

"Why would anyone play Enduring Intercession?" the game!

Comfortable Mint. With all the redirects and DR, it's easy to keep the Refugees alive and keep digging for all the stuff you need. Speaking of Aggression Modulator, put a Dynamic Siphon on Sky-Scraper when she's small for that feel-good instant nerfing of environment damage. :)

As per usual I really enjoyed playing heroic infinitor… Even if I messed up so hard turn one I could never recover in game one and he flipped for the first time ever. After losing to Oblivaeon lite I got a near mint on not having all my constructs blown up in turn one and three by requital

Mint.

Easier than I thought it would be. Infinitor took a lot of hard knocks early, which made me think I’d have to deal with the flip, but after that I had little trouble keeping him alive. This, despite stupid things like forgetting again that Into The Stratosphere doesn’t work on indestructible manifestations.

Early on the main threat to Infinitor was the Lambent Reapers, but once Captain Cosmic put a few constructs in play, they started chasing those.

Double Aggression Modulators on the Thorian Military meant I had no real need to do damage, since the Thorians were blasting away at them for 6 damage per turn. Mostly my heroes sat idle while waiting for Infinitor to play one of his “1 damage to everything” cards, which took a while.

Otherworldly Resilience and Energy Bracer meant Tempest could tank any damage redirected away from the Abject Refugees. I played Thorian Monolith a couple of times to reduce damage from manifestations, but eventually Captain Cosmic got the Energy Crest out, which neutered most of the manifestations.

The environment was the main threat to Infinitor. It helped that a couple of Syphons on Tempest meant he could retaliate immediately with Grevious Hailstorm, which sometimes killed off the environment card before it could do anything else.
