With the Oblivaeon tabletop expansion shipping soon, do we have any idea when the remaining Season Pass 2 content will be available in the Video Game?

In addition to the large amount of content, Oblivaeon's complex mechanics would seem to require a ton of work.

Mini-pack 4 and Void Guard look to be somewhat less difficult.

No matter what, I think the physical versions of the remaining content that hasn't been released must ship and be in backers hands before the digital version can be released.

There's one or two mini-packs that haven't been released yet that we have in they physical game, so we still have some things to get before we're all caught up.

I think it's just Celestial Tribunal that's out in physical but not in the video game, right?

There is no mini-pack to be released that does not contain OblivAeon Kickstarter content, mini-pack 4 containing Benchmark and Stuntman, so I think we're stuck until the physical release. (Unlesss you have some spoilers you want to reveal here MigrantP...)

Correct.   It’s suppsoed to be part of Mini Pack 4 which has OblivAeon content

I think so, though I don't have the cards in front of me to double check.

The next expansion in the video game is Mini-Pack 4 which includes Chokepoint, Benchmark, Stuntman, and the Celestial Tribunal.

Following that is Mini-Pack 5 with the Void Guard heroes.

Following that is OblivAeon.

No release dates have been announced. The digital version of any decks will not be released before the physical.

I have to imagine that the coding for the Celestial Tribunal, Benchmark, and Stuntman is well underway if not complete, though.  I'm predicting that they'll be released within a couple of weeks if not days after OblivAeon starts arriving in backers' hands.

I am also willing to bet that the coding for Chokepoint is also done.

Coding is an art form and like true art it is never finished only abandoned

I guess a better question would have been, “How soon after Oblivaeon is released can we expect to see the new content?”

To which the answer appears to be, “No release dates have been announced.”

Which is fair, I suppose. But man, am I looking forward to it!

Question:
Are the OblivAeon heroes (La Comodora, luminary, Harpy, etc) going to come out at the same time with the OblivAeon game mode?

I ask because it seems that doing the layout for all the screens you have, programming it and bug fixing it will take a while. Heroes seems to be easier to make than a new game mode. Was hoping to play with the heroes sooner rather than later

I don't see wy they wouldn't? Vengeance had 5 new heroes, 5 villains to code, 2 environments, and a new mode. All were released at the same time. It might take a while, but when it DOES come out… oh yeah

EDIT: Confused Villains and Vengeance

So far, all the content for a given expansion has been released together on the video game. I don't see why OblivAeon would be any different.

Yes, the OblivAeon expansion is a single product, not multiple products.

Also Villains had 0 heroes. Just for the record.

I'm assuming UXM266 was referring to Vengeance, not Villains, as Villains also did not have a new mode.

I do so wish we had access to the Tribunal. I understand the why of the release schedule, but I don't have to like it. I am curious how the coding is coming along. I'm not asking for a release date, I know that will be later, but has Handelabra been given their set to code from? Has the coding started? Do we expectc a quick release schedule? Have snags been ran into that will make this one very difficult to code?

This is a chance to crow a little MigrantP. Feel free to brag a little.

We've seen background design for Celestial Tribunal so far. I can't remember if there was coding, too, but there might have been.

I would have thought that one of the advantages of having to wait for a completed product to be printed and shipped is plenty of time to work on the digital content. From the sound of things, everything in the 2 mini packs has been complete for quite a while, so hopefully they’ll be ready relatively quickly after the physical stuff is all delivered, with a fair chunk of time to work on the OlivAeon stuff - I imagine it will be several months at the earliest before anyone starts to get anything, and I imagine the digital releases will be at least a little staggered?

H Keep in mind with Celestial Tribunal you have the wrench of Representative of Earth thrown in.   Which means in those games they have to account for every Character Card that is available.  So even without the new OblivAeon heroes that card alone requires a lot of extra coding I imagine.
