a.k.a. I lose so you don't have to! :P
A few weeks back there was a slight mishap on Tales of the Archive where Gloomweaver got the better of the heroes, and everyone in the chat had the same general reaction of "Wow, that's awesome artwork, I've never seen that before!" to the loss screen afterwards.
So I thought it might be interesting to go ahead and cobble together an album of every villain and environment loss screen I could think of. I went through my collection of screenshots from over the time I've been playing and pulled out my unique losses, then went and lost a few games on purpose to fill in the stuff I didn't already have. (FWIW the ones I had to lose on purpose were Deadline, Gloomweaver, Heroic Infinitor, both Kismets, Agent of Gloom Spite, Wager Master, and the Wagner Mars Base Self-Destruct Sequence.)
I put them in my Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3tznv927wtgq45u/AADnDhBaaao6OyhEpxSyLYi9a?dl=0 It can be a little slow to load, but the links to the full pics should work OK. (If they don't I can try to upload everything to Imgur instead, but I wanted to use something I can update if need be.)

My dignity died to Ambuscade for your amusement, I'll have you know. :P
Ironic that some of the easier villains have IMHO the coolest lose screens, like Chokepoint, Gloomweaver, and Heroic Infinitor.
The fact that Akash of the Many Names and Progeny have the same pose reminds me of a discussion recently on Reddit where someone opined that Swaptober Akash looks kinda like Progeny and wondered if "gender-swapped" Progeny would look like Normal Akash. #conspiracytheories
I also rather like the screens for incapping the Dreamer (IIRC that was a game where Fixed Point was out and I was going to lose during the environment turn anyway so I might as well incap Dreamer just to see what the loss screen would look like), La Capitan, and Agent of Gloom Spite.

Haven't pulled it open yet - do you have the Moonfall loss?

The one where Baron Blade activates the Impulsion Beam? If so, then yes.

You looking to "collect them all"?
Don't forget the Unforgiving Wasteland endings! (e.g. where there aren't enough underbosses left to flip The Chairman)

Does that actually bring up a unique loss screen, or just leave you having to give up on the game?
(I know about the "sandworm" screen, but decided that since it's not technically always a "loss" screen that it was more work than I wanted to bother with.)

Looks like some have more than one screen. Is that advanced vs normal, or based on different defeat conditions?

Different defeat conditions.
Baron Blade can win by having 15 cards in his trash.
Grand Warlord Voss can win by having 10 or more minions on the field.
Dreamer has an alternate screen if you lose by incapping her.

Hm. I don’t think I saw two for Deadline.

There actually isn't two different screens, weirdly. I tried both the environment loss and the usual "heroes at zero" loss and got the same screen.
Ditto for Kaargra regards both the usual and losing due to Favor.

Is it the same for Wagermaster? He has a few ways you can lose as well.

That I admittedly have no idea; I don't find him interesting because his gameplay is so random, so I play him almost never.

They usually show the art for villains durring the listening party, so maybe that's a good way to check for more Wager Master art?

Went back and watched it again and there didn't seem to be anything that jumped out at me. Maybe someone who plays him more often knows. *shrug*

Losers unite! Thanks for doing that. And saving the rest of us from having to go through it all ourselves. Unlocking Dark Watch Setback was all the losses I need for this lifetime, I don't need to try to intentionally get more.

Not just a screen! Each villain has a theme which plays when they win, and they are all really cool!

Luckily, you can hear all of the villain music from the Multiverse section in the game! Just go to the bios of the villains and you should hear them.
The only music that's not there is for alternate losses such as Baron Blade Lunar Crash, Lost in Time, Wagner Mars Base bloiwng up, etc…

Or any of the Team Villain mixes. You can get the individual ones but each team combination has its own villain theme music.

You can listen to them all on Bandcamp as well (e.g. https://handelabra.bandcamp.com/album/sentinels-of-the-multiverse-ost-volume-1) and buy them from there or from sentinelsdigital.com, iTunes, etc.
Incidentally, losing to the Chairman by means of Unforgiving Wasteland does have a "unique" loss screen, but I believe it's the same as the "unique" win screen you get when the villain gets removed from the game by the same means. I believe it does have unique music, though, as do the other environment loss conditions.

I run a website dedicated to cataloging death scenes for adventure games, so this was… marginally less difficult to do. A lot of these I lost "for real" (yes I honestly lost to Ambuscade once, like I said, ow, my dignity).
And yes, Jean-Marc's music is made of awesome. I'm always a little surprised whenever I come across people where you can tell they haven't read through the Multiverse, since that was pretty much the second thing I did after buying the app (the first was winning the tutorial).

All of it is, not just vol. 1! But I believe you can buy all of them direct from sentinelsdigital.com and save Handelabra a little bit of overhead. I just linked Bandcamp because you can preview the tracks there, but not on Handelabra's site.

I loved the alternative loss screen in the base set but never thought to go scouting for more. I should have looked for the MDP blowing up as I knew about the time rift and mars base env losses.
I'm surprised at how many of these I haven’t seen, meaning I’ve never lost to some villains.
And I’d never seen the screen for incapping the Dreamer as that’s just wrong. Bad heroes!

Challenge Ambuscade is no joke, and is a pretty easy way to lose legitimately. (Granted, it's also possible to lose to him normally given the proper series of draws.)

I mentioned in the stream tonight how I almost lost to regular Ambuscade with the Prime Wardens once because he put out Charged Attacks first turn and I could not manage to find a single ongoing destruction card.
It was particularly annoying being down to something like single digits of cards left in Argent's deck and still not having a Sarabande even after copious amounts of digging with Cadence and Cedistic.
