Thunderstruck says that a non-character target hit by it loses its end-of-turn text.
I had a game against Gloomweaver and the Cursed Acolyte hit Dynamic Syphon on XPW Tempest, so I hit the Acolyte with Thunderstruck... and the Acolyte continued to hit everyone for damage.
Shouldn't it have stopped?

It sounds like the end-of-turn text is already firing, so it's too late to cancel it out.

This would be my argument. The only known way of stopping damage mid instance is by destroying the source whereas this does something slightly different.

The text of the power says the target "loses any "End of Turn" effects on its card."
That, to me, seems like it would mean that once it takes the damage, you treat the card as if that text doesn't exist, whether it was in the middle of that action or not.

You can submit it to Handelabra but I think it is working correctly. It has already triggered its end of turn affect.

Yes, but that text doesn't have to exist anymore. That text triggers the damage action. The damage action is currently happening, not the EOT effect. The EOT effect is "over" when the damage starts. If there was something that were to happen after the damage is done, in the same EOT block, that secondary effect shouldn't happen, but that's not represented here.
[End of Turn:Start Damage action] => (Damage:Do some damage)
Stopping anywhere after here ^^ won't stop anything outside of the []

Admittedly, I don't think there is a lot of precedent in Sentinels (barring some weird example of somehow getting Sub-Zero Atmosphere out mid-villain-turn), but at the very least, this doesn't sound like a bug to me, just a rule-interpretation dispute.
That said–the reason that we're reading this as we are is a function of being used to the "trigger and resolve" style that most games operate on; once the trigger is hit, the card is resolving it–too late to remove the text.

The damage should stop. We are aware of the issue but it's complicated and will be fixed when we can get to it. The same issue exists with Sub-Zero Atmosphere.

I agree since the source itself is not gone.

The text that says it should do damage, though, effectively is.

And the rules text does matter. Take, for example, Entomb. If you blow up Entomb using Bee Bot then the damage will stop, even though Akash'Bhuta, the one dealing the damage, is still around.

For what it's worth I agree that it should stop.
If anything changes during an action then these effects kick in, if The Dynamic Syphon was on The Wraith and she stun bolted Ronway, wouldn't you expect the DR to apply to his damage dealing?

In that example I'd expect the real Ronway to be incapped for a while
That's a better example of why it should work and convinces me further the current interaction isn't working properly.

So does this mean if we Incapped Ronway, Cursed Acolyte will stop doing damage in all game? Can some one Incap Ronway so we can test this Theory?
And people say this game gets to complicated to play.

Each target wearing pants deals itself 2 pants damage.
Each target not wearing pants regains 2 HP.
Until the start of your next turn, if there are fewer targets wearing pants than targets not wearing pants, the heroes win the game.

That third incap should be Gloomweaver winning the game. He's the real hero of the story.
