When I say "not there" I mean as in , the black box with the "?" Is not even there. It cycles through vanilla and PW versions.
ive downloaded the two season packs again, and no luck.
Am I missing something?

In all honestly, I'm pretty sure i did close and reopen the app, I might have not done it.
In order for me to “fix” the “problem” I closed and reopened the app. That didn’t work - hence my post. Then I closed and reopened the app again after reading your post… that time it worked.
So…?

It seems like this is a persistent problem for me. They were not there, I restarted, then they were there. I played and then closed the game. Then later in the night I opened the program again and they were gone. And no amount of restarting is bringing them back.
Edit: Just restarted like 10 times, and finally they're there. I think there must be a bug for everyone to be having this problem, and for it to be occurring so randomly.
2nd edit: And now they're gone again....
Are you having problems with your Internet connection?
Everyone is not having this problem.
My internet is working fine, but I don't see how that would cause only these 2 characters in the game to have a problem where the rest of the game works fine.
By everyone, I meant everyone in this thread who has reported a similar problem.
Because a server on the Internet tells your game that those 2 characters are available.
I've been having something of a similar problem, yet nowhere near as severe. I cycle through the CC variants when I first open the game, but the Xtreme variant is not there. I've found though that going into Captain Cosmic's profile in the Multiverse tab and cycling through the avaliable variants that way shows all three cards, and then when I go back to the 'new game' tab they all pop up. This doesn't seem to happen with any other character variant, though I haven't done extensive research on it...
