So I'm playing against Voss with the Sentinels and Mr. Fixer on the team. Fixer has Dual Crowbars, GMF and Harmony out, so Writhe hits him with Black Out -- except he only got one follow-up shot, instead of having a second attack after each of the 2+ attacks. So what gives? Isn't he supposed to do one after each? Is this a bug?
EDIT: Okay, same game, and Sky-Scraper played Catch a Ride on Mr. Fixer -- the first blow from the Crowbars killed a minion, while the second hit the transporter, which survived, but Sky-Scraper's blow never came. I thought previous rulings said that you could pick one of the two to hit, but this didn't even give the option?

The result should have been that Fixer dealt each non-hero target a base of two damage (plus buffs on each target) to each non-hero targets plus buffs and then would only get one trigger off of Dual Crowbars. You can read an example of this in the Fireside Chats more neatly organized here http://sentinelswiki.com/index.php?title=Clarifications#Shenanigans

What about Catch A Ride exactly?

I guess you can’t see the edit. Here it is:

You are correct Pydro I do not see any edit
Catch A Ride only gives you options on targets hit by Jack Handle as it takes the initial hit and converts it to hitting all non-hero targets. With Dual Crowbars it should only care about the first target so if you take out the first target then Sky-Scraper's attack won't occur.

I don’t think that makes sense, based on how it’s worded. It’s the same type of wording; when he would hot one, he hits another also. The second hit from the crowbars was triggered by Catch a Ride, so it should work.

The second hit from Dual Crowbars is a new instance of an attack. If it wasn't you couldn't use the second hit of Dual Crowbars to trigger Friendly Fire again.

I don’t see a problem with that
I also don’t see how that’s true. You’re still dealing damage. It’s a second instance of damage, caused by the same initial effect, but it’s still a new instance of damage. There are no simultaneous actions in game, so I don’t see why “Sky-Scraper deals one Target dealt damage this way” doesn’t apply to Crowbars.

It's a difference in how Dual Crowbars and Jack Handle work. Catch a Ride with Jack Handle lets you pick any target since Jack Handle took the original damage and applied it to all non-hero targets. Dual Crowbars is only using that first instance of damage with the intial hit and that hit causes Dual Crowbars to allow Fixer to hit another target. Since the second hit was a reaction to the first hit the second part of Catch a Ride will only do damage if the intial target is still standing. Again I'll go back to the case with Friendly Fire. The targets you hit with Jack Handle doesn't allow you to trigger Friendly Fire again but with Dual Crowbars the first attack on Setback causes a second reactionary hit which allows you to trigger Friendly Fire again as it is seen as a new hit not associated with original hit on Setback.
