Last post of the day -- I've played a couple of games lately against Spite Agent of Gloom. I was wondering: Has *anyone* out there actually managed to flip one of his face-up drug cards back face down? Since (except in rare circumstances) he only plays one card a round, that means that -- except in rare circumstances -- you can only rescue one victim per round. And since he flips one drug card per round, that means that -- again, except in rare circumstances -- you won't be able to catch up and have MORE victims under the Safehouse than he has face-up drug cards.

Yes, but it is rare, and nit everyone can do it. Super Scientific Tachy can put two victims into play on one turn.

You absolutely need someone to manipulate his deck in order to make it happen. (You can also chain Good Samaritans at the start of the environment turn if you're lucky.)
The good news is, once you're able to flip a drug face-down, you have him. Unless he plays Forced Entry, you'll keep the victims in the Safe House, and you can search through his Drugs until you find the ones that aren't as bad, and keep him stuck on those. I had a game recently where he played nothing but Victims all game and it was just a question of "do I make him flip"? To which the answer was "no". :) Easy game!
