I'm playing a game in which I want to muck about with things for fun. To do this, I need to get out Savage Mana so I can control the villain deck, so what does the RNG do? It puts the two copies of SM as cards number 38 and 39 in Haka's deck. Thanks, RNG. You're super-helpful, as always.

It's a solo game I'm playing. I'm controlling all 5 heroes in an attempt to do something silly and non-standard. I'd never do that with other live players.
Edit: Oh, wait. You mean that the RNG was uncooperative in a co-op game. Yes. I get that now. Apparently, I was humor-imparied.
