I know what I did, but I'm very curious to see if you guys can deduce what I did to create the attached screenshot. Of course, first you have to spot what makes my screenshot unusual. :D

It looks as if one of the endlings is under savage mana....?
It involves one of the endlings, yes, but Savage Mana is not in play.
Is it ordinary for a card like Vitality Conduit to be visible behind the panels like that? Was it attached to a target that got destroyed?
Bloogo is protecting a Construct?
Ding Ding Ding! We have a winner!
Specifically, Bloogo is protecting a Vitality Conduit which is attached to him. It causes them to get confused, and not know which zone to be in. Also, the Vitality Conduit didn't show up when Progeny was dealing damage to all heroes targets, and then the game stopped working.
That sounds like a fun bug to fix.
Now... in the spirit of Mythbusters, let's take this experiment to the extreme...
Try to get a chain of all three Vitality Conduits and all three Autonomous Blades attached to each other in one long chain, with the lowest in the chain one attached to Bloogo before Bloogo attaches to the topmost one...
Perhaps putting Chastise on Bloogo too would help with this.
Shenanigans!
That is awesome, and I feel as if I've failed as a playtester.
I really love that when you broke the game like this, the game tried to hide the cards behind everything else so you wouldn't notice.
