I've never been more stoked for a Wednesday in my life.

Clearly you don’t read too many comics as they come out. Wednesdays can get brutal.

so MigrantP has finally stopped stalking me and releaseing updates on dates I am gone to far off lands and have no internet access to update? YAY.

To be honest, I know people love this character, but I just can't stand him. Maybe its because he's based off of Deadpool which, much like Bobba Fett, I find to be one of the most overrated characters ever created. Or maybe its because he breaks the fourth wall, which while cute and a little funny, just completely takes me out of any story I'm reading or watching when a character does that.

I can get behind the Omnitron IV environment though, and fingers crossed for the Prime Warden variants now that all the heroes on the team are going to be available.

Christopher has said himself Guise is inspired by Ambush Bug not Deadpool.  Guise isn't for everyone but I could say that with any comic book hero that they may rub people the wrong way.   

My groups first response when I introduced the deck was "oh, so he's Deadpool". I think that has colored my perception of him since. I can kinda see Ambush Bug.

Pet peeves aside, a game with 37 individual hero decks with only 1 that rubs me the wrong way tells me they are doing a lot right.

That doesn't mean he's not like Deadpool. Because he really kind of is, even if he's more directly related to Ambush Bug.

I wish but since I am currently working on a project that will decide if i get to stay in school to get my degree or get kicked out… probably not.

On a side note: excited for this. starting with Wrath I really havent gotten to play with many of the newer stuff just due to time constraints and lets face it, if i had to choose to set up a game, much rather spend the 30 seconds to start up the app than 20 minutes to set it up to play solo.

I wish I could too, but alas, i can't. Mostly, it will be spent using works wi-fi to download, then taking the metro (or subway for those people) to play a game, then update my steam.

Then finally, complaining with everyone else that the unlock is too difficult! :P 

I'm a little disappointed that we're not getting the Prime Wardens yet, even though this update will put all the team members in the game.

more than likely mini-pack 3. have to have something to go with that one that is a little more meaty.

So is it confirmed what promos are coming? Because without prime wardens, none of the heroes from wrath have promos until oblivaeon

WotC is only coming with Heroic Infintor as a promo.

Well, the first step to unlocking him will be "defeat Infinitor."

Good news, the patch dropped on android!

Bad news, it’s crashing every time I try to open the game. (And yes, I submitted an actual bug report through the official channels.)

Please try clearing the Google Play app data/cache & re-downloading it from Google Play, this is usually an issue with the store app.

Actually, it looks like a build problem that is our fault. Hang tight, we're on it!

A hotfix update (build 457) is now processing through Google Play and should be available within an hour or two. Sorry about that!

Interesting, I'm gettting a second update now (I know the first was Wrath related because it added the decks and changed the multiverse). I guess it was my machine.

I have the update saying Wrath is live, but it isn't downloading WotC for me. I own the season pass

If you're on Steam and don't see Wrath of the Cosmos content, please try restarting Steam and/or your computer.

The iOS update has been made live but it takes time to filter through Apple's servers.

happy about the kickstarter, bit surprised by it too. cant wait for monday for more details on how it will work.

I'm good with a Kickstarter, just bummed we will have to wait even longer for Setback, KNYFE and The Naturalist. If the money earned makes the user experience in the game even better I'm willing to wait, and contribute, though. I am hoping they will be working on coding Vengeance while the Kickstarter is going.

based off their comment about mini pack 3 possibly being out before the end of the kickstarter. They will probably start it right when it ends. I am kinda curious why they decided to do a kickstarter over just a season 2 pass though? Unless there is more to this that we do not know. Maybe they are including Sentinel Tactics: The Video Game in the kickstarter???

I find it unlikely they would use this to fund making a new game altogether.  

I expect a season pass to be sold in addition, after the Kickstarter has ended.

The Kickstarter campaign will be to fund the development of Season 2, and the "regular" pledge will be a copy of Season Pass 2. After the campaign Kickstarter funds, it will also be for sale just like Season Pass 1 is. 

If the campaign doesn't fund... we'll have to figure it out. It would be best if you all make sure it does =)

Now I can't wait to see what's going to be offered as other rewards and how much is required for funding! 

As much as I want to know now, I can wait.... it'll be ahrd, but doable.

If your Kickstarter is anything like most others that were related to SotM, I'm sure you guys will do just fine.

The update seems to be working for me, but am I correct that Heroic Infinitor can't be unlocked yet?  He doesn't have a variant bar.

Also, did Miss Information's theme get an update?  I don't recall hearing some of the sound effects in there before, but that could just be my memory.

The Variant wont be available to unlock until the game is available on all platforms... and Apple did a thing again.

The game is running more slugglishly than before.  I thought it was my laptop, but even on my PC with SSD, it's obvious on the game selection screen.

On a different note...I queued up Progeny on Advanced (of course), and I finally beat him for the first time.

I randomed Chrono, Scholar, Dark Watch Fixer, Captain Cosmic, and Argent.  From the ~ENCLAVE OF THE ENDLINGS!~

The key are he didn't get out his destruction cards or Scion of Frost to heal until 2/3 down in HP.  I had calculated Chrono would be a good matchup as he deals multiple instances of damage easily in a turn, and he proved me right.  Bow FTW.

I hadn't been close at all in beating him on Advanced.  60 during previous attempts.  I did think I would do it on Steam first just for fast book keeping and restarts.  Overall, he didn't play his best stuff, and I just kept attacking.  I didn't really have many cards out since DW Fixer and he has double Scion of Toxicity eating those.

Scholar was at 2, Fixer was at 1, and I would have lost next turn for sure.

Darn you Apple! Let it through!

Anyone know where to find a guide for playing Captain Cosmic? I assumed the very first time I played him went bad because I didn't know what I was doing, but a dozen games this evening, and I only had one where I felt like he was a benefit to the team.

On that note, three Autonomous Blades stacked on Bunker with a Cosmic Weapon, Gatling Gun and Turret Mode is lots of fun. :D

I think Apple saw some rotten apples being thrown at Gladiators in the Bloodsworn Colosseum and thought it was about them.

Calling MigrantP, I believe its been 24 hours and still not their apple's cache. This is one player who is requesting you poke apple some more and see if the beast will figure out what is going on. Maybe it will help them get their shit together in the future.

Remember when Shattered Timelines came out two days early on iOS?  Now we know how they pulled it off - they time travelled to this point and borrowed two days of Apple server time!

Okay, so I now got it to load on iPad, steam is a problem for later, but I can’t scroll through heroes or villains! What the heck?

This seems to be a problem affecting certain older iPad models. We're working on it, in the mean time you can try scrolling more slowly as that has been reported to work better.

I got around it by using the organize button to only show decks I wanted. Scrolled fine after that.

MigrantP, can you clarify how this will work.  I thought that Apple doesn't let folks give out upgrade codes or the like through platforms like Kickstarter.  I'm happy to pledge to you guys, but I'm curious how the content will filter down to iOS?

You're right, and we have figured out a way that we hope will make things accessible to players on iOS and Android. It will all be clear on Monday =)
