Isolated Hero discovery

This is one of those things that took me by surprise in playing against Miss Information in the video game (which makes sense, I just hadn't noticed before).

Isolated Hero still affects incapacitated heroes…pretty much nullifying most incapacitated powers.

I learned the hard way…

Yep.  If you were doing the Weekly One Shot it makes the most sense to play it on Ra who is the only one in the group with an Incap power that can still be used.
