Since the Weekly One-Shots have the same decks, I was wondering if everyone plays the exact same way. I created this sheet that could show the turns side by side. If you are interested, just add you name to a column and fill out what you did each turn.

I'll try my best to redo my local game at some point.

I assume this is the case but just want to be sure. Any subsequent plays on the weekly one shot don't change anything for the cover you got right? Because I'd have to play through again to fully remember what I did for the local game.

Correct, you'll still have whatever grade you originally earned.

Either I didn't make every decision the same as last time or shuffling the decks do not result in the same shuffle, as this one I was very unlucky with Ambuscade getting the Cloaking Device 2 additional times. Also I didn't get the second Raptor Bot, curses.

Entered my second more ideal play through. I think I may have listed a card draw wrong for Haka

Only a small number of things in the game are determined using the random number generator, and shuffling is the main one. Ambuscade tends to shuffle his deck a bunch. Having a different number of cards in his trash or deck before he shuffles will result in a completely different outcome of the shuffle, and subsequent shuffles. Another example, shuffling a hero deck first will result in different shuffle for the next villain deck shuffle.
