Is there a way to transfer a save from one computer to another?

I'm about to make the move from Windows XP to Windows 10; I'm using GameSave Manager to transfer a lot of my old saves, but there's one game I've noticed is absent from its search: Sentinels of the Multiverse. I really don't want to have to unlock Dark Watch Mr. Fixer or Fanatic Redeemed again, but I don't want to use the cheat codes, as then it won't register the achievements when they're implemented into the game. What file(s) do I need to copy over to my new drive?
