Why does the game keep forgetting my expansions?

I'm wondering if I'm the only one, here.

I'm playing on Kindle Fire. The other day I was waiting for an appointment, and I thought, "I'll just play some Sentinels! Knocking out Plague Rat is a great way to while away the time!" So I loaded it up and went to start a game, and I realized that Plague Rat wasn't there! All I had was the core-game villains, heroes, and environments. Even Unity/Ambuscade/Silver Gulch were gone. I did have the Rook City variants (Old Legs, anyway), but nothing else was there.

This wasn't the first time it's happened. I know I have to redownload the expansions, and it's not that big a deal. But it's definitely a bigger deal than not having to redownload the expansions every once in a while... especially when I'm playing in waiting rooms or on a plane, when I might not have access to Wifi and am thus stuck unable to use content I paid good money for.

Is this a common problem? Is there anything I can do about this? If this is a real bug, does Handelabra know about it, and is there a fix incoming?

It's more annoying than dealbreaking, but it did turn me off of playing the app at all this weekend, since I didn't feel like sparking up my Kindle just to wait for a download to go through.

I hadn't heard anything like that before though I don't use a Kindle.  I would click the send feedback button on credits screen and explain the issue. 

I likely will. I just wanted to find out if it was doing that by design (I've seen the "Restore Purchases" and "Redownload" options on the Get Expansions screen, and wasn't sure why they were there) before I went on bugging it.

That was me with the bug report.  For whatever reason the app on the Kindle refused to either download or install the update correctly.  I deleted and reinstalled, then also tried to tell the Kindle to "update apps".  But no luck. 

And of course, immediately after submitting the trouble ticket, the version updated, and all was well. 

The big thing to check is the version number--that's the only real clue that you can spot easily as an end user.

I sent a bug report today. Thinking about it now, I'm not sure if it's forgetting the expansion data or just forgetting the permissions that allow me to use that content in the game.

My own experiences seem to be whenever the build updates it forgets the season pass.  Happened again last night :-(
