In the video game, it can become tiresome to repeat the same choice over and over. I'm thinking in particular of situations like putting Twist The Ether on the Matriarch and then having to choose for 15 Fowl cards that you want to set the damage to Fire and reduce it.
Perhaps it would be useful to have a button pop up the first time a choice is made for some things in a turn allowing one to temporarily tell the game that you want to make that same choice for the rest of the turn.

Same thing can be said for voss, when you damage everbody, or imagine End of Days with all bots out, equipment, matriarch's fowls. This scenario CAN happen, especially if Super Scientific Tachyon uses her power on fanatic. I agree wholeheratidly.

This is exactly the issue I brought up when the game was first being floated here (though i might have said it in a G+ game rather than here on the forums), but I was thinking further ahead to Nightmist and Oblivion.
I would much rather have a "for the rest of this action" that can be selected at any point (like the current "choose for me" button), that way you can do targets with resistances/DR first and then everyone else in a job lot and not accidentally do extra damage if you get to do more damage later in the turn (through a power or second card play for example).

Against Advanced Plague Rat and Advanced Spite, I used a combo of Twist the Ether and Flesh of the Sun God to make them non-threats (along with Imbued Fire against Plague Rat)... But clicking on Fire every time they dealt damage was certainly annoying, especially with how many instances of damage Spite has.

I know how that is, I did a two stunbolt-twist the either combo on Spite, and I had at least 4 options everytime spite dealt damage (like when a hero used a power)

Glad someone else raised this, I was going to! What prompted this for me was a combo of Lead From The Front, Next Evolution and Twist The Ether vas Spite (making Legacy immune to Toxic, then redirecting all damage from other heroes to Legacy after turning it to toxic). What made that drag a bit was having to pick a damage type, chose to redirect, and then pick a damage type again. It'd be nice to set a 'recipe' and have it repeat where applicable, or maybe chose to follow it or not (at which point you'd go back to the regular routine)

I would agree with this as well. A lot of screens to go through especially if there are lots of damage instances in one turn.

Maybe cards like Twist the Ether could have a toggle button (maybe in general or maybe just when looked at via "Meanwhile"?) and pressing that button could allow one to pick what one always wants to do with it. To stop doing that, one would untoggle it.

I like the idea of setting a default when one of those cards is in play (another is shielding winds with another dr in effect) and then govong an option to use the default or not each time

I see too many accidental choices happening with a default choice. What if, after picking 'choose for me' for a batch of targets, you had a repeat button. It could just repeat the choices you made last time. I think this would eliminate accidents, hopefully.
